TCM Reflexology

TCM Reflexology is a diagnostic and treatment system developed from the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

The method continues the diagnostic work through so-called energy assessment points / alarm points, with particular focus on the influence of pathological energies within the body.

During the course, you will learn how to use the reflex zones of the feet diagnostically. The diagnostic system is based on the energetic principles of acupuncture — including the laws and relationships within Chinese medicine that guide the interpretation of tenderness and imbalance found in the feet.

These findings provide information about both quantitative and qualitative disturbances within the body’s energetic system and can serve as a highly effective clinical guide in your work as a reflexologist.

Based on this understanding, you will learn how to work with the energetic laws of TCM — including Yin and Yang — and how to influence the quality and movement of energy in order to restore balance within the body.

Understanding the difference between excess energy and deficient energy becomes fundamental to both treatment strategy and energetic balancing.

When performed correctly, this approach is often both faster and more effective than traditional reflexology.
